Please note that we do not provide refunds. Instead, we issue credit notes for eligible returns. During sale periods, no discounts including credit notes will be accepted.

Exchanges and returns are provided only on a case to case basis and will be evaluated and determined only if manufacturing fault as occurred.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your items upon delivery and prior to signing the delivery receipt document. Any claims of damage to the item made after the signing of this document will not guarantee or warrant an exchange or refund..
Exchanges:
If you decide you would like to exchange your purchase with either different items or a credit note, our customer service team will happily assist you in this process. However, please note that exchanges are not accepted on customised items or any items purchased in the sale or clearance.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
